Unfortunately, knee injuries are extremely common among athletes at all levels and are on the rise. Recently published prediction models are telling us that this trend is not slowing down.

Based on the latest research and years of practical experience, our injury prevention programs teach athletes and coaches the exercises and programming practices that can help reduce the incidence of injuries and improve performance.

Athletes can work with our strength & conditioning coaches to reduce the risk of injury and build an individualised training, which can be supported by ongoing in-person or remote coaching. We are available to sport organisations and schools for injury prevention screening, consultancy and coaches education.
