to equip you with everything you need to get on top of your osteoarthritis.
The program is designed for anyone presenting with mild, moderate, or severe levels of knee degeneration and looking for practical
solutions to reduce pain and improve function.

Our multi-disciplinary approach combines hands-on therapies, education and weight management to help you alleviate pain and inflammation.
We start with 2 x one-on-one consultations that discuss your clinical history, personal goals, and unique lifestyle requirements. We then measure your flexibility, strength and stability and provide an exercise program that sets you up with the confidence to move forward, quickly and safely.
You will learn and progress through a series of exercise levels for improving your strength, stability and mobility for better knee health.

From here you move into 12 weeks of class-based exercise where we assist you in building a significant level of strength and stability. The classes are 45 mins in length, run regularly throughout the day, and average around 3-5 people.
In a nutshell, these classes are a fun, friendly, supportive way to ensure you stay motivated on the path to achieving your goals.
