Class Bookings
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

Longevity Group Class
$65 per casual class
$50 per pack class (Total Pack = $600)
Performance Group Class
$85 per casual class
$70 per pack class (Total Pack = $840)
DEFINITIONS
- Class Pack means a 12-class pack for at the Participating Practice;
- Clients means new and existing patients of Jointli;
- Participating Practice means a Jointli practice which is participating in Group Classes.
VACCINATION STATUS
- Patients must present proof of vaccination status at reception prior to entering the Group Class.

If a patient is unable to present proof of vaccination status they will be advised to attend one-on-one sessions or to attend Group Class
when the proof is available.
SAFETY & HYGIENE
- Patients must use the main entrance to the practice when entering or leaving the practice.
- Masks must be worn at all times within the practice.

Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and clients must not interfere with these exits for any reason.
- In the event of a fire, Clients are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
BOOKINGS & ATTENDANCE
- Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance.

If you have not booked into a class, in order to avoid disappointment, please call to check that the classes have availability and are
taking place.

Practitioners reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons at their discretion. Practitioners reserve
the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
- We ask patients to attend at the time of their booked appointment time.
PAYMENT
- To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased classes in your account or pay at the time of the appointment.
- Class packs will expire 6months from purchase.
- Payment must be made upon or prior to attendance, no exceptions.

Classes are not transferable to another individual and cannot under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the
person booked into the class arrives to use the class, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to purchase their own classes.
CANCELLATIONS
- At Jointli our class sizes are small and can fill quickly. All clients must adhere to our Cancellation Policy:
- We request cancellations be made more than 24 hours prior to your class beginning,

If you cancel within 12 hours of your class you will forfeit that fee. We understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise,
but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients, therefore, no exceptions will be made.
- Practitioners and classes are subject to change without notice. Jointli reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
CLIENT CODE OF CONDUCT
In the practice, you agree to:
- Use all equipment with care and as instructed by the Practitioner;
- Respect and follow directions of the Practitioner at all times;
- Not disrupt the class or threaten the environment in any way; and
- Be respectful and courteous to other people in the class including the practitioner.
Jointli has the right to remove you from the class and not allow you to return to the practice (in which case you will be refunded the
remainder of any credits) if in their opinion you breach the above.
AGE LIMITS AND CHILD POLICY
You must be at least 16 years of age to attend our classes. Children under 16 are not permitted in our practice unless accompanied by an
adult (who is not attending a class).
COMMUNICABLE DISEASE
If you have contracted a communicable disease, please ensure you have clearance in writing from your doctor before attending your next
class. This is for the safety and well-being of all our clients, staff and customers.
ANIMAL POLICY
No animals are allowed inside the Practice at any time. Jointli has the right to ask you to leave if you have brought an animal into the
Practice.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking into a Jointli class you agree that:

You have enrolled in a personalised health and fitness program offered by Sydney Multidisciplinary Knee Clinic trading as Jointli. You
recognise that the program may involve physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training,
cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities.

You acknowledge that your enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by Jointli. You are not
obligated to perform nor participate in any activity that you do not wish to do, and that it is your right to refuse such participation at
any time during your training session. You understand that should you feel light-headed, faint, dizzy, nauseated, or experience pain or
discomfort, you are to stop the activity.

You are aware that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical training. These risks include, but are not limited to:
falls which can result in serious injury or death; injury or death due to negligence on the part of yourself, or other people around you;
injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment; strains and sprains. You are aware that any of these above mentioned risks may
result in serious injury or death to yourself.

In consideration of your participation in this program, and use of the gym, You hereby release Jointli and its principals, agents,
employees, trainers, and volunteers from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of your voluntary participation and
enrollment.

You fully understand that you may injure yourself as a result of your enrollment and subsequent participation in your program or in the gym,
and you hereby release Jointli and its agents from any liability now or in the future for conditions or injuries that you may obtain. These
conditions and injuries may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin
splints, heat prostration, trauma, anxiety, fears, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, or any other illness or soreness
that you may incur, including death.
- Jointli is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend class;

Jointli does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report
it to a Jointli staff member who will try and assist you.
Emergency Medical Services
You give permission for Jointli staff to seek emergency medical services for you should you become injured or ill, with the understanding
that you are responsible for any expense incurred.
