Knee wear and tear happens to us all, but there is a lot you can do to extend the life of your knees and reduce pain. Generally, the earlier osteoarthritis (OA) is addressed, the better the long-term outcome. Our Longevity Program has been designed to bring together the best of medical science to equip you with everything you need to get on top of your osteoarthritis.

The program is designed for anyone presenting with mild, moderate, or severe levels of knee degeneration and looking for practical solutions to reduce pain and improve function.

Quickly regain the confidence to do the things you’ve stopped doing.

Regain Confidence in your Knees

With 12 weeks of motivation and support, you will gain renewed confidence in your knees. Empowering you to return to the activities you enjoy with confidence.

Reduce Inflammation & Pain

Learn how to quickly reduce daily discomfort. We prioritise your well-being by addressing pain at its root. Our multidisciplined approach combines hands-on therapies, education and weight management to help you alleviate pain and inflammation.


How does the program work?

We start with 2 x one-on-one consultations that discuss your clinical history, personal goals, and unique lifestyle requirements. We then measure your flexibility, strength and stability and provide an exercise program that sets you up with the confidence to move forward, quickly and safely.

You will learn and progress through a series of exercise levels for improving your strength, stability and mobility for better knee health.

Transition into Group Classes

From here you move into 12 weeks of class-based exercise where we assist you in building a significant level of strength and stability. The classes are 45-minutes in length, run regularly throughout the day, and average around 3-5 people.

In a nutshell, these classes are a fun, friendly, supportive way to ensure you stay motivated on the path to achieving your goals.
